There is always something special about photographing a friend's wedding. I have known the groom, Josh, for quite a few years now. When he reached out to me to photograph his special day, I knew I couldn't pass up this opportunity. After several delays of their wedding because of all the craziness we all lived through the past few years, they finally put on a black-tie bash that was worth the wait at the Knowlton Mansion. Some of the most unique details were handmade by the bride, Nicole. For two years(!) she carefully folded hundreds of paper cranes to be used in various ways during their event. Even their cake was inspired by origami. It's always amazing to see the ways people can incorporate their interests into their special day. I want to give a special shout-out to the talented Dave Apple for helping me capture these wonderful memories.
